Yeah that eating plan sounds good mate. If aiming for excess loss, toning up and fitness then it's spot on. If you wanted to go down the bodybuilding route/muscle mass route then that's a different ball game. If you do decide to do so just drop me a U2U mate and i'll give you some advice to follow and some good changes to emplace over what you will be doing.
In terms of bread mate. TRY to cut out white bread. Malted bread may look good for you, but it's not. Probably the worst form. Brown bread is good for you, but the best for you is Wholegrain. Also find this tastier anyway. In terms of sandwich as described above that sounds OK. Just don't have too much cheese. Hard cheese anyway. Try to stick to soft cheese such as cottage cheese or philidelphia for instance.

ive got wholegrain white and proper brown
i just wanna get fit healthy and then build up my forearms a little as i fucked then in a car crash so if i can strenght them up a bit ill be happy
only reason ive got a 6 pack is cos im a skinny fucker
