Hello,
We have the UY64X fan oven fitted here at home, which has, after 18 months of being fitted, developed a faulty element. Now this I can understand, being an Electrical Engineer myself, these things go wrong from time to time.
The thing that concerns me is the fact that even with this product being covered now only by the 5 year parts guarantee, you were going to try and charge me £89 to come and fix the problem! I almost dropped the phone. I dont know how you could possibly charge such ludicrous prices for a job that I am now doing myself for the cost of £25 and 10 minutes. How much money do your call out engineers see of this because im sure they dont drive Jaguars. Im sorry but its almost extortion to say the least. Maybe I should apply for a job there because i've always fancied a luxury yacht.
Ben Cooksey.
