I have an almighty gash in my Passenger outside CV Joint gaiter.
I was wondering exactly how hard it would be to change this myself?
I have a haynes manual for a Escort and the procedure in that seems easy enough, has anyone else on here done their own?
If you had a garage do it how much did/are they going to charge roughly???
All help greatfully recived.

Got mine dun at garage for round 80 pound 45 for th part an th rest labour

I ended up getting a universal one and did it myself.
Id recomend the uni ones as it was real easy to do and its held together so far and Im not driving slowly. 20XE you see.
carnuts Im in Watford in Herts I might want to replace both sides in a few months would be able to help??
