you can but i wouldnt bother if it can be helped, the cylinder with no spark plug lead will suffer from what the call bore wash, where the unburnt fuel washes the oil from the bores and causes wear.

The unburnt fuel will also destroy the cat. So not a good idea.

it can be done, mine was running on 2cly's for a few yards (hardly moved), though as mentioned its not worth it no, as could cause damage internally, but nothing major
