hi i am 17 an i am tryin to get car insurance as a named driver, does ne 1 no ne places that will insure modified cars cheers

ive tryed cis loads of places an they wont insure me cus of me age and an all me mods

hard enough getting a good quote on a standard corsa at you'r age let alone even trying to insure a modded one. should have gone subtle

i had a corsa with most the mods you have listed with cis on my dads policy when i was 17.

I need get insurance in couple of month to at 17 its a pain in the arse getting insured for any like alloys, back box, ...... not dared ask about lowering neither

who me er was only £280 odd quid for a year fully comp when i was on me dads with cis, he has 70% no claims though.

My mum and dad have the most you can have before it just says 12 years+ or whatever and i have been quoted 1500 on my mums insurance who shes been with for 8 years TPft ........... but me on me grans (45 years no claims :lol i got 800 fully comp (no mods declared though)

i got a quote for my insurance and i am 17 got 1.4corsa b-,lowered,bucket seats, 16" wheels, full exhaust system and my quote tpft by my self as a named driver was £1089 i thought it was f**king amazing as not many people would insure me but i would get a online quote with elephant.co.uk mate and tell me what your quote was

i would but if you tick mods on it you have to ring up dont you..... and then they wont let me get a quote because im not 17 yet. (i'll lie about my age and get one in next few days of them) When you say by yourself named driver do you mean it your policy or your dads and your the only named driver
