Ironically the V6 isn't as fast as a 2.0 XE. I don't know if this is due to the weight or the difference in how the power is put down. Either way, it's a terrible, terrible idea and the Nova with the Golf Mk4 headlights is awful. The renault Clio V6 is the only small hot hatch that looks and goes well with the V6 engine.

And even thats not much quicker than the 2 litre....

I would have one for the noise, but if you need to be anywhere, tune a 4 cylinder.

i had the pleasure of driving this on more than one occasion and even blew it up for him at York dragway

have you ever driven a V6 Nova??? i think you will find the V6 puts the power down far better than a XE and V6 isent as fast as a XE you having a laught? i have been up agasit my mate in his XE corsa and i just pull away, aswell on the motorway hes at top revs in 5th and i am still in 4th.......

god i remember that day when the pic where taken
i came down with Stu in his Corsa.
awsome car, the only person who can comment on this is Stu as at the time he has a 2.1 XE on Throttlebodys 220bhp and he went in the Nova on that day and said it was just as fast as his corsa.
