Fucking Cnuts at work determined to place blame on other people all the time 
Our greyhounds dept recieve race results via a shitty email service provided by clara.co.uk
tonight some of the results took an hour to come through, the head of greyhounds phoned me down in IT asking what was wrong with our system. I told him nothing was wrong, as a was sat there watchign all the shit come through (albeit delayed). He was determined to blame our system, hung up on me in a frump and then mailed out the Friday Nights Dog Log saying:
"Live shows; successful service.
Results: a very bad night indeed and I am convinced the problem lay at our end. Results and receipts from some tracks taking far too long to get here,
same thing happened last Friday I recall.
Had to phone numerous tracks for missing results etc e.g Hull Pboro, Swindon, Sittingbourne, Sunderland, Romford,. Sheffield and Oxford.
CArl Townend imformed of the problem a few times during night.
Most unsatisfactory."
FUCKING DICK couldnt even spell my name right, fucking retarded spanner.
I WAS INFORMED ONCE, and now the entire company management has got that mail, and thinks im a useless prick.
I mailed my Boss, who then replied saying that falsely naming and shaming is out of order however nothing will get done about it. 
So to conclude.
I Look like a cunt, nobody really cares, im just ranting - and BARRY POCOCK of the Press Association is a Royal TWAT.

I would love to say that, infact I came close to replying to the Dog Log email (which would go out to the same people as his log) but I've informed my boss, defended my department and ill let the big boys sort it out.
Im not about to go slagging off sport managment to their faces - Ill just do that via my managers

Well Ive just got in and read all my mails from throughout the day, the oncall guy mailed back to the log saying that everything that could be done was done, and that I (kyle) followed the procedure perfectly.
My Boss then mailed back with:
" suggest that speculation in the log is not helpful to anyone. The log should contain facts, which can then be investigated and reported on.
I would also add that Technical Support records show that Kyle Townend received two calls from Greyhounds. The first at about 22.30 reported that results from some tracks were slow but getting through. The second, just before the Dog Log was circulated, reported that there had been a serious problem all evening. Kyle had correctly escalated these calls to oncall senior support, though the second was too late for any action to be taken.

Pocock isn't in today, but ive been told to expect a public apology and disciplinary action against pocock as it is company policy to name departments NOT individuals in logs, especially when falsely accusing someone.
