Are they that rare really? Am after one currently only they seem to be really hard to come by. Was just wondering if you think its worth waiting for one to pop up that il be happy with or worth settling for one eg this one although im not too keen on carabic blue, its going to be a runaround in the week and tracked on weekends hopefully. How often do you think white gsis pop up or is it hardly ever?

They are less common than silver and blue, and the problem of finding one is compounded by the fact that even if you get one, it might not be in as good condition as one in the wrong colour.
I wouldn't have anything else, because I think they look best in white, but my car also needs looking after. An M reg with 61k in, like you found, might fare slightly better.

They look mint in white, and will go perfect with my plans. I think il wait, chances of one popping up in good nick are rare but i think if i get one im not 100% on then il only want to sell it a few weeks down the line like i do with all my other cars

You won't find a mint one unless you are very luckly. The newest ones are 10 years sold. Don't buy a 10 year old car unless you want to love it.

Get a white 1.6 sport then instead mate and put a gsi kit on it, i know you wont have a proper Gsi but that s what i would do. You would have a car which is only a few years old instead of 10 years or more

Yeah which i cant afford, id rather track a cheaper car anyway to be honest, if i got hold of a good condition sport i would want to keep it that way.
