Yes we both have pretty decent wages for our ages..and mine has gone up 4 grand in the past 3 months and possibly other 2 grand within 6months

if you know its going to go up then you can state that as a bonus which will also help you boost the amount you can borrow!

at your age tho (18 19) you will need about 5% deposit as most places will only give you 95% mortgage! so you need to save up about 5000 just to be safe (solicitors fees and all the other sh1te no-one tells you about)

if you have any finance that goes against you tho, car finance or outstanding credit cards etc etc

no i dont have a bad credit rating, never missed a payment etc. and i use credit often

its not bad credit they look at its any credit! say for example you earn
12000 a year but you have a car that costs 250 a month they times the 250 by 12 being £3000 and take that off your yearly earnings making them 9000 then times that plus your partners earnings by either 2.5 or 3 to make the total amount available for you to borrow!

banks etc are throwing 100% motgages as young ppl, you can even get 110 or 120% mortgages..Most places will give 1st time buyers at least 100%.
