Right my mate is offering me a M or N reg Corsa Breeze in and orangy/bronze colour with about 80,000miles on the 1.2 16v, it doesn't start and is declared off road. All I have to do to have it for free is remove it off his mothers drive where it has been sat for a year.
Options - Try and get it into respectable state and get engine running and sell it. Or as me and the wife only have one car (vectra sri150) should I get it running for me with a 1.6 16v conversion some astra wheels and koni suspension and use as a bit of a street sleeper. Budget is £800-£1000.
BTW not stripping for lightness as I'm a house husband and would need the back seats for school run.
Please point me in the right direction...

Depends wots wrong the engine really
I would try to get the engine running first (wouldnt bother with 1.6 conversion) then maybe the astra wheels and koni suspension
Cant complain at a free car tho

Looks nice that but If I do it up it's gotta be on a tight budget plus I had a 1.2 16v before and it was sh1te so the enigine would almost certainly get changed.

you sure its 1.2 16v? I thought at that age they were all 8v?
