which bit of deansgate? near all the shops and bars or down towards the gmex and castlefield?

I already have that base covered Ian...a monthly trip to Costco sorts most of my freezer stuff out..and a monthly trip to Dales sorts all my seafood stuff out for the month...

Its right behind the old Walton Hospital mate...called Oakhouse Park...its an old Georgian (I think) mansion that has been converted and totally modernised into luxury flats...its a grade listed building so they couldnt alter the outside so it still has all the original features like hugh sash windows and high ceilings...it also has a huge clock tower like Big Ben which lights up at night...

Well made up with it...

good effort, how much is it a month if you don't mind me asking (spec aswell) I'm going to look at some over my side this weekend just wondered if their's much difference. This is one i'm looking at (first one)

Well I own it...well actually my dad owns half but I bought the other half...

And I have to say there is a massive difference between your side and Liverpool side...the property liverpool side is a lot more expensive in general as is the rent...
