Hi,

i bought a product online, they ordered it and its a different one. I e-mailed them about this as its not what they have advertised on their website.
They replied saying that it has been discontinued and that i have recived an identicle product just with a different name and packaging.

Now I am not going to say what I have bought but I bought it beacuse of the name and packaging!!!

Do i have the right to ask for the actuall product that I purchased? even if they have to buy one from another site to give to me?
or can I not legally request that?

impossible to say unles you tell us what you bought, is the packaging directly related to the functioning of the item?

yeah, they have to send the product out you bought. They can offer you the alternative, but they have no legal ground to say that you have to have that one.

Nah I ordered a 'party pete' inflatable cock like Matt H did. Mainly beacuse the lad who was going to get it for his birthday, his name is Pete.
