hi i have some speedline alesios just wondering if a 60mm drop would be a good idea? if so could u tell me some good companys ? with out paying 2 much thanks

do o need to change the standard sport shocks or can i get away with just changing the springs?

mines -45mm:



change shox and springs. might as well do it properly first time as the shox will just give up soon anyway if you just fit springs.

mines 60 mm drop on normal shocks it proper smacks when hit bumps its horrid i really worry i dunno weather i should get some fitted when cars in getting engine done i don now what the score is and what happens i got told on normal shocks was fine ages ago

they are bilstein tarmac rally spec springs and dampers.

simply the best suspension setup for a road car imo. (and ive had a few setups)

not on those wheels anymore, but yes, 16's
