After watching programs like Road Wars, and Worlds Wildest Police Videos, it got me wondering. If the car the police were chasing crashed into your car (as it often does in the shows) where would you stand on getting it fixed. Say if the criminal had no insurance or anything whatsoever. Who would pay for the damage to your car?

Think your insurance would handle it, and you could claim back Criminal Injuries compensation or something?
