Ordered a pipercross air filter from them last week, and either saturday or sunday i got an invoice and a receipt charging me for it, but it came without the air filter. I assume this is normal?
Only asking on here, because i heard the guy who owns it has an account on CS, but i might of mistaken him for the owner of another site. Anyway, just wanted to double check that, that was the way it worked.

Sometimes they'll send an invoice if the item is coming direct to you from their suppliers. I had this with some McGard locking nuts (they arrived the day after the invoice IIRC), nothing to worry about.

Yeah, I think they do it to save time, rather than get PiperX to send the stuff to them, then send it to you themselves, it's cheaper and quicker for all concerned to have it delivered direct to you.

Ace. They did say in the email that they didnt have any in stock, as all air filters are now made on demad which saves shelf space (as they make for all cars), so maybe that has something to do with it.
