Went up there Saturday to find estate agents dont actually have the keys, some weird woman who used to live there has the keys...
She'd left the house unlocked and i have gone phsyco at the estate agents because anyone could walk in off the street into my house!
Also confusion to my address, its got 2 ... either 4 emerald terrace, or 19 ##### Road  So solicitors need to find out what my actual address is
Also shit sellers need to sort out, ive requested garage to be cleared of all the rubble in there (needs tearing down) and house to be emptied as there is still crap in some of the rooms 
My mum and dad were there and told estate agents i wasnt signing anything till i got what i wanted

and im very stressed as i keep getting legal shit every day i need to read, then re read and query anything thats not right 
Will be worth it in the end  ... if i ever get there
Oh yeh ... and i realised i do actually need to replace the whole kitchen  wahoo!

Buying is a nightmare if it don't run smoothly...
When i bought my last place ran like clockwork so hopefully this time it will too...Heres hoping..
