u jst feel a bit light headed after

stick needle in your arm, blood comes out and fills up a bag, u get plaster and a drink, 10 minute sit down and away u go

u all should do it

i had to have a blood test one time and you can feel it draining out of you! i didnt feel light headed or ote tho

Not really fair setup this giving blood lark.

They should change it so you are only elligable to receive blood if you have donated.

Would stop shortages.

I am really seriously thinking about giving blood

My dad needed quite a bit when he had his heart op.. and there's many thousands of people that may need the blood, and one day i need it myself..

I think it's a great idea!!

Going to get some information asap.. and see where the local centre is etc..

I went in November for my first time at college. It's different for everyone i was fine just feel a sharp prick then thats it. Got up, had a juice an ate 4 packs of biscuits.
Some people fainted and were sick tho, twas rather amusin.

I've been 6 times now, never felt faint or anything. Free drinks and biscuits are a nice bonus.
