i could sell you a spot on 2 bed, monoblock driveway, new bathroom, fully redocorated, GCH, DG etc etc 75K

11 years ago remember my house when purchased was valued at 34k i bought for 33k..
so in 11 years more than doubled, expected to get in between 75-80K now...
But to buy anywhere else prices have risen too so you ain't really making the money, just goes on a new house thats all...
(maybe a corsa sport/xe project)
