Right i bought some multi vitamin tablets earlier when i was shopping, thought it would help make sure im getting all the stuff i need each day

Are they worth the money? I just got cheap ones to see if i get on with them lol

I think they are the same as this Actimel bollocks they throw at you! Most of it get's the middle finger from your stomach acids on entry, very little will do you good but atleast something has t get through or they can't market it.

Multivitamins are of no benefit unless you actually have a multi vitamin defficiency.

Ive found cod liver oil helpful as I get aching bones a lot due to loads of footy injuries.

not really. they wont hurt but its better to make sure you eat the right stuff so 5 pieces of fruit annd veg a day, a glass of milk etc

it says on the packaging (normally) may be beneficial to the young, elderly or pregnant so unless youre one of them....

"do not take if pregnant or likely to become pregnant and that it contains iron so might beharmfull to kids"
