If you look when the bike is on the paddock stand and it shows you a shot from the turbo side, you have 2 pipes. Bigger one is exhaust and other is the screamer pipe. This is connected to the dump valve.
The pic below is the stage 4 race kit for the Hayabusa which is capable of producing 600+ bhp.

Oh, and Matt, the little pipe, that's for the external wastegate, dump valve is under the K on that pic you posted and can be found on the boost side of the turbo if I'm not mistaken.
