with an et45 on 16s, you dont have to any mods to the arches to lower 60mm, you might have to take one or two bolts out of the arches on the back of you want to carry 2 or 3 passengers in the back

wouldn't say major. if the offset is 49 then no arch work is needed. et45, then maybe a little

with 17s lowered 60mm, with an et of 45, then no arch work at the back but might have to do a little bit at the front

with mine, i actually did cut back the metal arch on my front and the plastic but u have to bare in mind my car has a lot of filler, foam .etc up front and therefore it's down approx 70mm imo....

The back now on spax 60mm springs only needed the top bolt removing and the arch bonding on as this rubbed when i went over bumps but i don't take people in the back so i cudnt comment on whether or not ppl in the back wud affect it and how much

Depends on the offset of the wheel and whether you are budgeting for dampers and well as springs.
