Obviously not.
It pisses me off that I have to spend unnecessarily time and money on repairing fences just because of some stupid fucked up chav. I've now covered the whole thing in anti-vandal paint and really couldn't give a shit if it's illegal. It's now stopped the fuckers pulling boards off. The fence cost the best part of a grand to replace when i got blown down and i don't want it looking a mess because i'm having to nail the boards back on every few weeks.
