bought a grill last may (yes last may) from dave anderson i think his name is (go3asy) on here,or used to be

payed my money,grill never recieved,emailed,u2u'd,tracked him down on civicsport club,pm'd him numerous times,no reply and im £35 outta pocket

put in a complaint through paypal but filed after 45 days its not valid (couldnt file it within 45days for reasons)

anything i can do but cut my loss?

Hes never good at giving back money either but will happily put his car in a bodyshop etc when ows someone money

fuckin hate people like that. i ordered a chrome bonnet spring from someone on ebay other day, got an email saying it would be 3 weeks before it was posted. lazy bastards how long do they need off? also had no further contact from seller in germany regarding suspension even though i paid instantly and quite a while back now.
