the bugatti cost vw 5 million pounds to make and also iirc it will beat a maclaren f1 2 200 mph with the maclaren havin a head start 2 120 mph

Its not the fastest production car, its a Dodge Viper SRT10 with upgrades from a tuning company, which they then sell on.
Basically give the tuning company $225,000 then they will buy a SRT10 and then upgrade it.

bugatti anyday really it looks solid as a rock on the road, and its digitally restricted for its top end only because of the tyres!
however the dodge does look good i've give it that!

As someone said, its the time that it takes the bugatti to get there. I should imagine the buggati would piss all over it to 250mph.

You coulnd't get to 250 mph in either of they cars on a 1.25 mile track 
IIRC the track they use for top speed runs is 8 miles.
