do these work ie. strengthen fingers and forearms? Want to increase my strength for rock climbing.
Saw a few posts on them but they are all about top speeds and wanking

No alot of my mates myself included use them and we are climbers. If you do it properley on the edge of your fingers it'll improve finger strength

woddya use them for then out of interest?
Do you use fingerboards etc re the climbing?

get a chin-up bar and do them until they are coming out of your ears using different grips etc.
Anyone seen that climber who does chin-ups hold on with 2 fingers or something daft like that!

saw a woman doing a three finger one handed pull up on an overhang recently, i'll try and find the vid
