well i suppose there is that possibility there is an x reg esc cossie going around but that was built by some guy inhis garage freind of mine has an unregistered nova sport shell in his garage in N ireland goin to put some silly plate on it like 57 or 08 i think

If its stood unregistered, yes.
If its built from bits then all bits need to be new, otherwise it will go on a Q.
