anyone ever taken 1?
just got my application form for my LGV licence but need a medical, had a look at the D4 form, looks easy just wondered if anyone's had 1 done.

i've done it.

Just go to the doctors with the medical form and some cash (mine was £50).

Doc checks you out fills in the form for you to send off.

takes about 5 mins ,biggest rip off ever,doctor ended up takin me blood pressure to make it last a bit longer

8 pages of the medical and its £50.
