A lost voice?

I'm living on Lemsip and Soothers at the moment although my throat doesn't actually hurt .

I'm getting frustrated because it's taking so much effort to communicate with people!

i am actually. well he lost it end of 1st year at school and i knew him til 2 years ago and he has still lost it. so its been like 7 years or so

Just kep drinking fluids, refrain from trying to talk and dont over do it on soothers and lemsip...too much lemsip is very bad
