my car got hit a while back in a car park when i was at work,of course the bellend who did it wasnt round to pay up when i got back
I left it to be repaired through the insurance and when going to get it back was stumped with a £350 excess, although my understanding was my excess was £100.
I think the insurance company cocked up as my statement of fact clearly says £100, i argued and fought them about it and today they rang up and said they will honour it and refund me what i am out.
It feels good when you win!

Because they were adamant they were right until i produced the documentation.
I know so many people who would just accept they were right and pay the extra. Just pointing out that you shouldnt back down, ever, with these people.

Thats what they tried to tell me, i cant see it anywhere.
They backed down which either tells me what they were trying was not legit (Not clearly stated and didnt inform me) or that they cocked up badly when sending out the documents

It was £650 worth of work, which i basically couldnt afford to pay.
If i was happy for people to reverse into me in a carpark and drive off i would have TPFT, why would you have comprehensive if you arent going to use it
