Sold somthing on ebay, stated the payment methods i accept were cheque, cash, postal order and bankers draft.

Auction finished and the buyer of an item asked to pay via paypal, i told them i dont accept paypal ... now they have told me they dont want it.

Im sending them this:

The auction stated the payment methods i accepted. I do not have a paypal account so cannot accept paypal payments. You shouldnt bid on items if you don't have the means to pay for them. The item was won by you, so must be paid for by you. If not i will persue a non payment strike against your account. However, if you really do not want this item, then cover the cost of relisting and i wont take any furthur action. Many thanks, Ally.

Is that alright? From what i remember those are the options i have

is a newbie so dont want to leave negative in case they retaliate.

Have sent that and will wait for a reply, if they still say no i will explain how its a legally binding contract blah blah blah and see what happens

Hope this is the only one that gives me problems

no point in leaving negative response. As you say they wont be bothered as I presume they have no positive feedback
