i used parcelforce and were 1st class, no problems sending wheels.

used them in the past before but won't be doing again. should of had a parcel collected almost 3 weeks ago on a wednesday - didn't turn up came on thrusday, called to rearrange which resulted in a no show.

in the end dropped the parcel off at the main depo which happens to be in town about five minutes away but still it should of been collected as I paid for that.

I tried to use them and they just didn't turn up.
They still have my money for it though.
