With adrian flux so far...
I am currently dealing with approximatly 5 or 6 companies wit hmy claim, yet little seems to be happnening and everytime i contact one or other of the companies they just fob me off to one of the others.
My car isnt repaired.
I still have a NCB, and i have no idea whats happning.
Their customer service is very poilte but essentially useless 
Im supposed to be insured with highway, but i dont even one peice of correespondance from them!
Its very very stressfull and im confused as hell.
Going to ring em again later to try and see if i can actually find out what is happning
Anyone else had a similar experience?

didnt realise you had an accident!? what happened?
you tried just ringing your insurer and bugging them? surely they should sort it out as thats what you pay for?

I had an absolute nightmare with Adrian Flux & Ensign 
I was hit by an uninsured drink driver back in January & they simply werent interested
If u dont seem to get anywhere with em, then threaten them with the insurance & financial ombudsman. They soon bucked their ideas up when that letter landed

I had exactly a similar problem when I had an accident.
I was insured with HIC, who are underwritten by Highway also.
I reported the accident to HIC, but also had to speak to Highway.
I'd forget which company I was speaking to ffs
1 tips, get the persons name you are speaking to as they never phone you back when they clearly promise to.

Broster some twat didnt look when they wanted to overtake a car i was mid-overtake on a dual carriageway, she didnt look swiped the corsa. My car just needs a smal;l amount of paint to fix, but the fat repugnant cow is trying to blame me 
So im persuing my repair thru her!

Avey, Nice Jordan ya got there love them, but with your claim there is nothing they can do as insurence is all shit and those without it always get away with it.

yup, i went on holiday had a message when i came back i had a message of her going mental saying "your going thru the insurance  "
Even tho she told me she was going thru insurance

There should be a accident phone number to ring to speak to someone, but I think you really need to speak direct to the underwriting firm as the flux etc.. is just the brokers who found you the deal in the first place so subsiquently have little to do with the policy apart form changes.
You shyoudl have had a form to fill in by now to wirte in full what happened, and attach pictures of the damage etc.. so the balme can be allocated, although it seems that if there are no witness's to back ppl up it's knock for knock in the end. But Try raping her first, as it's is her fault. Just make sure the company don't make any decisions without your express knowledge as my parents had a 12k claim put on them cause the insurance couldn't be arsed otp pursue the other people involved!!
