I posted this earlier :

I went to bed last nite after a big win on blackjack online casino, and left my account balance at £1,200 - ive come back this morning and my balance is £0.10p!! Checked account statement and there are loads of transactions thereafter.

Ive emailed customer services and told them that i dont believe anyone has my details etc, but what can they do and they have promptly replied saying... Nothing - Is this true? Cant they check IP addresses or something?? I cant just lose £1,200 surely?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Got loadsa stupid comments abck, all i wanna know is who i turn to, where should i go to get my money, they dont wanna kno i just dont kno where2go???

gutted I have a will hill account but it never has more than a tenner in it
imo its a bit silly that you keep that kind of amount in the will hill account
why did you not transfer it into your bank account then you could transfer back the amounts you want to bet
safer imo but this is in hinsight

They should be able to track IP addresses that made the withdrawals i'd imagine.

And therefore be able to track down if they contact service providers or something.

If not, you're fucked
