I thought it was excellent, ana-lucia is awesome, as is the big bad ass black dude. although it raised more questions than answers, especially the different Dharma logos inside that bunker

I loved this episode, thought it was brilliant, ALTHOUGH i feel it'd be better if they made it over 2 episodes, instead of having some days with just 2 words happening. I dunno, can't wait to see next weeks when they all integrate, or Sayid rips them to pieces with his bare hands

That has to have been one of the better episodes of season 2, but yes should have been two episodes and more detail.

heres my thoughts on the island

"

Phase 3 Disclosure: The Dharma Initiative is not a secret international research project. You see, the island is part of another "dimension", I guess you'd call it, and is sort of "in between" the universes that are made of light matter and dark matter. We call it "Dharma". It's part of a whole planet that is pretty much available for colonization. It could also be used as a future conduit for inter-dimensional/intergalactic travel. The only problem is that we can't exist there naturally. The island only materializes when there's a solar eclipse. During that time the unique electromagnetic frequency added to the gravitational distortion allows both it and us to exist within the same space. But that "effect only lasts for 108 minutes, and then the island disappears from our world, taking any inanimate matter with it that's left behind.

If you were standing on the island after the primary eclipse period ended and the 108 minutes were up, you'd feel a great big suck of air and then "PLOP!" you'd fall right back into the ocean. Naked.

We are trying to change that. Actually, Majestic 13 developed a machine years ago that allows us to exist there. It's weird, but once us and the island "disappear" into the Dharma dimension, we have days and nights just like the earth one. But we can't travel more than 42 kilometers outside the machine's effective range.

The plan is to develop a way to genetically engineer animals with the right quantum frequency so they can exist in Dharma on their own. That's what the project is all about, and until now it's been classified.

The fictional tv series "Lost" is part of the worldwide disclosure plan."

Erm - I think you're reading too much into it! look on www.4815162342.com forums and read Andy Williams's theory from Northamptonshire. I agree with that, but also like the idea of nanobots.

There's also a big group of people who think its virtual reality / computer game, as well as people who think its a dream, and people who think its a social experiement.

The next episode should be amazing. I'm also looking forward to Mr Eko's flashback.

The hidden text on the page doesn't confirm anything. Who's it written by, why is the hidden code 'not very hidden', or why is it even hidden in the first place? Why does the button say 'unlocke'?

This is a fan site surely. The last thing the producers of the show are going to do is give such a blatent explaination on the net, when 20m+ viewers tune in every week for the faintest of reasoning.

** Potential Spoiler for C4 Viewers**

My current questions are:

1) Is Eko a priest?
2) Everytime Vincent disappears, Walt or 'The Others' appear - connection?
3) Does Walt have ESP?
4) Does Locke?
5) Is there an underground 'hatch' at the end of the cable Sayid found un the sea? (where wet Walt is kept and the Dharma sharks are bred?
6)Who were the people in the boat?
7) Is it an island?
8) What is at the communication tower?

Whats going to happen when the Tailies meet up with the Fusilage people?!!

His dad might have ESPN in New York though, could be central to the plot.

does make you wonder though, what would the advantages of having ESP on an island? sure the terrain and sand dunes might be hard going, but good ole 4WD should sort you through without ESP, its not as if you will be doing ninety hundred miles an hour
