did an accumulator bet today on the footy but because of the crap weather in scotland today 2 of the matches were called off.
... does this mean my bet is lost? or do they go on what the pools panel decides?

think they just ignore those selections so rest of accumulator will run and those will be ignored

yes they just ignore them matches, all over matches are valid.
if all matches where not playes then you would get your money back.

depends, some bookies remove that bet from your selection, some give you result, some give you pools score
