Had a few erm dont want to call it races basically on the duel carriageway anyway...

First Vtr white, new shape, no problem at all....

Second red Vtr seemed a bit quicker still no problem...

Fiesta zetec S won by about 4 - 5 car lengths...

Then i come to race my mate in his 106 gti... got a de-cat, ecossee induction and racing fuel ... He beat me by 6 - 7 car lengths... more to the point when i was near redline in 4th and changed to 5th apprently about a 30 cm flame came from my exhaust i think my car maybe overfueling a bit Got exhaust gasket to change tomorow the one between the head and manifold cause thats blowing alot,.. not sure if thats causing it to overfuel... supoose i will find out soon ...

Anyway just thought i would tell you how im getting on with the 1.6

When my 106 Gti was standard it was pretty even when that engine was in Sly_SRi's car... with the new exhaust + filter... I used to be quicker... but it still wasn't far behind

1.6 sports r quick, own one my self most people who i have spoken to never knew they did a 1.6 sport so when they look they think it cant be any quicker then a 1.4.

this makes for intresting races, especially when people pull out on you or decide to have a go, usually little chaves in cack cars
