As for build quality guys, you do hear the occasional horror story - but it's not all bad. Every marque of this type has problems. Ferrari and Lamborghini had them in their early days, and now the Russian bloke has taken over the results are already starting to flood in. The Sagaris and new batches of Tuscans are the best yet, quicker, stronger, faster etc. Plus, if you go through a dealer you can get the approved Used Car Warranty (which I think is 3 year/36k) - can't argue with that. Plus you can get the engines (Speed6) rebuilt to higher specifications, and a few of the TVR rebuilders are now offering the supercharger upgrade aswell... apparentley when you ring they ask whether you want a four figure BHP reading after all the works done

Forgot to mention that my dad has one so AK if you've got any questions (i'm sure you don't but whatever, U2U)

The side profile on those is awesome that black one is awesome I'd be worried about crashing as they are big raw power things and if you crack that fibre glass shell

just looked at the performance stats in an evo mag that was lying around...

4.5 does 0-60 in 3.9 and 180+mph

the 'gay' and cheap 4.2 does 0-60 in 4.2 (tested) and 170+mph

IMO old TVR's aren't worth touching, have lots of friends who have owned Cerbs/Tuscans etc with no end of probs. I would however buy a T350C or a Sagaris ( ) as TVR under new ownership really are an improved all round package

but they are loosing there decent looks in favour of more striking cars.... which dont really do it for me...
