I call everyone mate... and a group of people 'guys' whatever sex.

I.e. 'Ok guys, we'll get you off the ride in a sec when maitenance gets here' ... Even if it's full of women / girls.

And I always say 'Mate'... 'Cheers mate' to people I don't even know.
