What would this come under in the yellow pages etc? Would any machine shop do it?

Anyone know of places in the NE (edinburgh really)

Anyone care to give some valid cons as why not to machine a few mm's out of the centre of a wheel, so that it can fit on the hub?

AK is talking about machining the backs to change the offset, thus the wheels will rub less !

no..... the offset will be the same...
