me i smoke bout 12 a day wen im at work if not then i smoke more cos im bored 
so at the min been of work with a shattered shoulder socket im smoking bout 20 a day

It's only a statistic based on a person who has smoked x ammounts of cigarettes/day for x years and the life expectancy for a person from that country/region e.t.c...
You don't actually loose 2 minutes of your life if you smoke....

iv just had 2 do a uni project on smoking (even though i smoke myself) 25% of teenagers who smoke who continue to smoke past teens will lose 21 years of their life!

quit properly about 4 months ago as i have having one now and again, but haven't had one at all since i saw REM

Trying to stop but...... Can't beat a cig in the morning though Sorry to hear bout your grandparents guys. Ive tried various methods of stopping (including looking at smokers lungs after they've died) but seriously, nothing phases me.

my grandad smoked for 70 years and my gran about the same
i smoked about 20 a week for ten years but gave up a month ago. Never got addicted, could take them or leave them just enjoyed one now and again. Its personal choice btw.....
