He had loads of requests to calm down and they didn't work so had a few temporary bans. They expired and he came back, still the same, so was asked again and didn't change, so was banned again.

He shared profiles with a few other people, who were since banned.

He takes time up which would be better spent programming or sorting out login problems / renames / password resets etc., not catering to idiots.
