Dont lower on standard shocks. They aren't suited to stiffer springs and like my rear ones start pissing out oil after a while

if your 15's have an offset of no more than 45 perferably, a 60mm drop wont rub even with 3 people in the back. i had the same problem as you. i got 60mm springs first, they do go on the standard dampers but rely on the car's weight to stay in place. highly not recommended. i ran for about 200 miles before i bought gmax dampers for £60. later bought the shocks for £50. rimstyle are good people. go to there site.

if you run the springs on the standard dampers/shocks, they will eventaully break within 1000 miles. remember, if your doing 80mph on the motorway and your dampers crack in half due to persure, your car is going straight into that wall!

from experiance, i highly recommend you get FK suspension setup. will cost you £250 from rimstyle but you have a decent setup which gives piece of mind. you'll end up spending over that much buying little things at a time.
