Saw The Subways at Oxford Brookes SU yesterday... absolutely fantatsic... treated us to all songs off YFE bar Lines Of Light + 1 song I'd not heard before... they have great stage prescence and Billy sure knows how to whip the crowd  There was a nice amount of crowd surfing as well lol mostly by Billy (main guitarist/singer) actually, he jumped off a 10 foot set of speakers a few times, 2nd time (at the end during the Rock & Roll Queen Encore) he managed to get all the way to the back but he missed us  He stopped half way thru to sit up clap WHILST surfing 
The Kooks supported them... they were also pretty decent, again decent stage prescence and (althought I couldn't hear many lyrics above the drums) the songs were good... Sofa Song (which lots of people may know) was surprsingly not the best song, they had a few good riffy songs
+ plenty of tasty student girly types
