my mate had one, didnt make it alot louder as he already had a straight thru centre, but he had one on just to save his cat realy. possibly mite notice a bit more pull on a bigger engine

how can ya get a decat for a 1.2 8v? the front section of exhaust is one piece.... (you'd have to cut into it)

it just makes it louder, doesnt use any more fuel or anything, i went from a standard system, to a full straight thru with a cherry bomb back box sounded sweet, but never noticed much else

GOOD MORNING ALL,
I HAD MY JUNKIE CAT OUT LAST MONTH,IT WAS CUTTED AND THEN REPLACED BY A SECTION OF PIPE ABOUT 2.5" DIA. WELDED WITH BOTH ELECTRIC AND FLAME WELD.
THE CAR HAS A LITTLE BIT MORE POWER AND THE RACTIVE EXHAUST THAT I HAD ALREADY SOUNDS LOUDER, NOW I ALREADY INSTALL AN AMPLIFIER TO MY SOUND SYSTEM BECAUS AT HIGH SPEED THE STOCK STEREO IS NOT ENOUGH. SURE I RECOMMEND THIS.

The stereo needs to be louder than the exhaust in order to hear the stereo.
