I have been there. The worst time was when I used to work in an office. One of the partners of the firm sent me a 'special' email next thing I know, phone rings, 'Jamie, could you please come to reception, there is a client that needs help filling in some forms......'
I tried to sit it out, but it just wouldn't go. Then the receptionist phoned up again, so I grabbed the clients file and used that to shield it as I walked down 3 flights of steps. As Edd mentioned a grade 3 semi was achieved by the time i got to reception and a very clever tacticle sitting position, perched on the side of the main desk in the reception area, minimised any potential hiccups. In all, I was very pleased with how I handled the situation.
