got meself a 1.6 16V Sport the other week <--- look in the pic

but what is the name of the colour

Its DARK BLUE but has a kinda purple tinit to it, matalic colour

there is a few more pics in the garage BUT they are crap - all taken from my cam phone

please help?

its not the purple one, my mate has the purple one and mine is the very deep blue but in some lights has purple into it

get the paint code from under the bonnet and search for it on google

its called aqua marine black, its a very rare colour with a light black to black fade in metallic paint

If the code under the bonnet is Z282 then its polar sea blue.

I think the one in the pic above is a custom colour, because I was looking to buy the skirts and he said theres something added in the laquer, will be why it looks so shiney.

i could look for the code later if that would help?

i think my dad got a touch up for it once from vaux and they told him the colour from the code!

its ok i will get the code for it when i get outta bed lol,

thats why i need the colour acctually to get a pen and also so spray to spray the rocker cover

yeah i just need to polish it and that - i have washed it with some shapoo/wax stuff forthe car but i think it needs a proper wax
