5 mins??? not likely!
you need to remove the inlet manifold, and muchos other niggly bits, then put it all back on....
more like 20 to 30 mins

I need to do this also, but when i last had a quick investigation of how to remove the inlet manifold, i got confused

its not hard but it will take some time, you may as well replace the gaskets while your there. I think the alloy inlet manifold must be seperated to, be carelful not to damage the gasket there to.
