How do i transfer the files i downloaded on limewire to my documents so i can play them in windows media player or switch them to my mp3?

Go to options and find out what your download default directory is. Go to this then copy to my docs.

You will try lol
basically you are asking the equivalent of how to move files from one folder to another 
the default dir of limewire is something like
C:\program files\limewire\downloads
or similar do a search or in doubt format C:\

Format C:\ is of course the alternative to my first suggestion.

C:\program files\limewire\shared
This will be the folder you are looking for:
Go in the folder press Ctrl + A then, Ctrl + C then go to desired folder and paste all in there. Quite simple really

luigi you are a dumbass 
as said above there'll be a directory where all the stuff you download gets placed.
You can then mvoe these files to wherever you like once they've downloaded completely.
so I concur with what has been said.
Format C is good for making your pc go faster

i know im a dumbass, i just wanted to know the root of the directory, and no formatting C:/ wont be very helpful imo
