40mm is fine on 16's, what i had on old corsa too..............

aye considering gettin 50mm for the front as gap is still quitye big but gonna let them bed in first and see

Just to bring this back up, as i just found the thread whilst searching for something. I wasnt stating what you peopel think, and you caught the wrong end of the stick.

I did have 17's and it was dropped 40 on springs only. When dropped using a full kit 40, on 17's it looks marginly better, and when dropped more than 40 on 17's It looks sexy as fook.

On smaller wheels yes 40 mm can be quite addiquate, altho i prefer a larger drop, such as 60 mm on 16' and more.

Im not a bodykit lover, i have a thirst for Euro and smooth, if you have a look in the general section, you can see progress pics of as im working on a custom euro front bumper.
