I asked a body shop how much it would be to fit a kit onto a ka, lower it and have metal flake put through it and he said to flush fit and completely respray would be about £3000??? Does that sound right? I didn't expect it to be that much at all.

All i want is a really subtle kit put on, i don't see why it would be that much?

so respray in metal flake would be what, 1k, 1200 if you bought the paint yourself? lowering im not sure how much that would be and fitting a full kit and flushing? 600 so thats nearly 2k already

Dont you have any mates that could lower your Ka for you?

My uncle is going to do that for me now, and i am forgetting the paint. I don;t wanna pay that much.

Why bother with a kit? It will look smart lowered and a nice set of wheels.
